Rest & Rise Like An Eagle
SUNDAY REST. Eagles are known for their remarkable ability to use rising air currents to gain altitude without constantly flapping their wings. Instead of exhausting themselves fighting against the wind, they can spread their wings and allow the rising air to carry them higher. There is a powerful lesson in that picture.
Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Sometimes a reset isn't about pushing harder. It's about pausing, waiting on God, and allowing Him to renew your strength. The eagle doesn't rise by fighting every current. It rises by knowing how to use the wind.
In the same way, God invites you to wait on Him. What feels like a season of slowing down may actually be a season of renewal. Reset your heart, renew your strength and rise. Waiting on God is never wasted time. It is preparation for a higher place.
